  • You submit one request at a time through our shared workspace. Once I receive it I start within one business day and deliver within three. When it is approved you submit your next one. Simple, predictable, no surprises.

  • One focused deliverable — a social graphic set, an email header, a sales page update, a slide deck refresh, a checkout page design. If you are ever unsure whether something counts as one request, just ask before you submit and we will sort it out together.

  • Probably. We work across a wide range of design and web platforms and adapt to what you are already using. Mention the tools in your application and we will confirm before anything gets booked.

  • Retainer plans cover ongoing design assets. Anything outside of that scope: brand identity, logo design, rebrands, and apparel or merchandise design  is scoped and priced separately.

  • If you are regularly producing content, launching offers, updating your site, or showing up across multiple touchpoints and you keep running into design as the bottleneck — the retainer is probably exactly what you need. If your design needs are more project-based than ongoing, a Sprint or Launch Pad might be a better starting point.

  • Yes — you are welcome to add team members so requests and communication stay organized on your end. Just keep in mind that all requests still run through the same single-request queue regardless of how many people have access.
