Design Sprints

Strategic Brand & Web Design Services for Big Idea People

Your business is already demanding enough without trying to DIY your branding, delay another launch or keep apologizing for your website. Two week sprints mean more time spent executing your ideas, showing up consistently and building the business you actually want to run.

You’re probably not “bad at marketing.” Your brand just isn’t communicating clearly yet.

And now every time someone lands on your site, you’re wondering if they’re seeing the full value of what you actually do.

We see it time and time again, somewhere between building the business, serving clients and figuring things out as you go… your brand and website stopped reflecting the level you actually operate at.

So now you’re:

Constantly over-explaining what you do

Delaying launches because your website doesn’t feel ready

Booking work mostly through referrals because your brand isn’t doing enough heavy lifting yet

And honestly? That disconnect starts to become exhausting after a while.

Because when your business has evolved but your brand hasn’t, everything starts feeling harder than it should.

Now imagine your brand finally feeling as established as the business you’ve been building for years.

At this point in the game, it’s not that you need more experience, another certification or a prettier logo. You need consistent branding to support where you’re going.

With your time back, you can focus on other things like:

Launching the offer you’ve been sitting on because your website finally feels ready for the traffic.

Spending less time explaining what you do and more time actually selling it.

Showing up online without overthinking every graphic, caption or design decision.

And honestly? That changes the way you show up in your business.

Trust me when your branding and website finally align with the quality of your work, visibility starts feeling a whole lot less forced.

"I filled all 20 of my coaching spots — without a single sales call. The website did the heavy lifting."

Anderson's audience trusted him. His coaching worked. But his website wasn't closing — he was spending time on sales calls explaining a process his site should have been handling.

We built a strategic digital ecosystem that qualifies, pitches, and closes for him. Integrated automations, streamlined booking, and a site flow engineered to move someone from curious to enrolled without Anderson's direct involvement.

How it works

Step One

Choose Your Sprint

Select the sprint that works best for you. Can’t decide between brand and website design? Add both! Whether you’re starting a new service, refreshing your branding or finally launching your website this process gives you everything you need to go from “almost ready” to it’s done.

Step two

Secure Your Spot

Receive your proposal or schedule a call to lock in your project details! Once you confirm, onboarding begins and you’ll receive access to your client portal and fill out your intake form. Here’s where you give us all things about your business.

If you select a Website Sprint you’ll be required to provide your photos, copy, links, and any assets needed to get started.

Step three

Project Prep

This is where we get into everything about your business. Your goals, your audience and visions. I ask a lot of questions, you talk, and by the end we have a clear direction and your Strategy Guide ready to review.

Step Four

Design & Launch

Welcome to design week! We always start with the homepage because it sets the tone for everything — layout, imagery, creative direction, messaging flow. At the end of the day I send you a walkthrough video and you send your thoughts by morning. That rhythm carries us through the rest of the week as we move into your core pages.

This is where the action takes place through review and revision rounds.

Step five

Support

Launch day isn't the finish line. You'll get a guide to managing your new site, plus 14 days of direct support so that when questions come up (and they will), you're not navigating them alone.

"My site is literally perfect — it's already landed me a paid speaking engagement."

Brianca was consulting for corporate clients and pitching private coaching but her website didn't reflect where she was going. She needed one site that could speak to both audiences without making her choose between them.

We used the Sprint to restructure her entire audience flow, refine her positioning, and build a site that established her as the definitive expert from the moment the page loaded.

Within 30 days of launch, she landed a paid speaking engagement.

Hey, I’m Raven

No one talks about how exhausting it is to outgrow your brand in real time.

That’s why I do the work behind the scenes

Somewhere between running the business, serving clients, launching offers and trying to keep up with content… your branding and website became “good enough for now.”

And for a while, that worked.

Until suddenly you started delaying launches, second-guessing your visibility or cringing a little every time someone asked for your website link.

Ask me how I know.

After nearly a decade working across agencies, in-house teams and independent projects, I’ve learned that most businesses don’t actually need more ideas. They need branding and a website that make it easier for people to trust, understand and choose them faster online.

That’s exactly what these sprints are designed to help you do.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sprint sites are designed on Squarespace and Showit. Both are user-friendly, visually flexible, and built for people who want to manage their own site without needing a developer every time something needs to change.

  • I do not write copy, but you have two options.

    1. Hire a professional copywriter before we begin — I have people I trust and refer to regularly. Or

    2.  DIY your copy with our copy guide. I will not write it for you but after 50+ websites I know a thing or two, and every Sprint includes a Copy Guide to help you structure what you need to say before we build.

  • Yes, the fundamentals are included in every Sprint — page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, proper heading structure, and analytics setup. For advanced keyword research, SEO copywriting, or long-term strategy, that is a different specialty entirely. I have experts I trust and can point you toward.

  • No need to clear your calendar, but you will need to be responsive. Throughout the two weeks I will be sending you updates, walkthrough videos, and check-ins — and I need your feedback within 24 to 48 hours so we can keep the momentum going.

  • The Sprint works from your existing brand foundation — we are refining and building, not starting over. If during our strategy session it becomes clear you need a full rebrand, I will tell you and we will figure out the right path. Custom brand and web projects are available and scoped separately.

  • Most of the time delays happen when assets or copy are not ready before we kick off — which is exactly why the pre-Sprint prep is part of the process. If your project genuinely needs more pages or a longer runway, that gets custom quoted and we will have that conversation upfront so there are no surprises.

  • Absolutely! At the end of your Sprint you get a walkthrough so you know exactly how to make updates on your own. No needing to hire someone every time you want to swap a photo or change a line of copy.

  • It really is!  When your Sprint begins your project gets my full, undivided attention — I plan my calendar around your build so we can move with focus and intention from day one.

Add 50+ websites worth of experience and a process that has been refined over years of doing exactly this, and two weeks is possible!

I love explaining my business from scratch on every discovery call.

Said no one ever.

At some point, the placeholder logo, outdated website and “we’ll revisit it later” strategy starts costing more than the actual investment to fix it. The good news? You probably don’t need to rebuild your entire business.

You just need branding and a website that stops underselling online.

And honestly, the sooner your online presence catches up, the easier it becomes for people to trust, remember and choose your business.
