Website Design for Consultants, Creatives and Communities

The Website Design Sprint is a focused website design experience that reflects your authority, converts your audience, and positions you for the opportunities you're already pursuing in weeks not months.

We’re redefining what it means to show up as a insert your title here

Because “showing up online” doesn’t have to look the way everyone said it should. It doesn’t have to be the boxed-in, templated version of professional.

We’re in a moment where you get to decide what your brand feels like, what it says, and who it calls in. And if you’re not using that, you’re leaving something real on the table.

The world has opened up in a way that didn't exist even five years ago.

The consultant who spent years building credibility in one lane can pivot without starting over.

The creator who built a community can step fully into the CEO era that's been waiting for them.

The nonprofit leader with a vision larger than their current reach can finally have a brand that speaks to that scale.

But here’s the shift most people miss:

It’s not just about deciding who you are in this next season—it’s about making sure your website actually reflects it.

Because when someone lands on your site, they’re not seeing your potential. They’re responding to what’s in front of them.

Website Design Sprint

A transformation of your Squarespace or Showit website

This season of your business is different. The clients you're meant to serve — the ones that are genuinely yours, the ones that feel like an assignment are out there looking for exactly what you offer. The question is whether what they find when they look reflects the full version of what you're actually capable of.

This is where your new website comes in.

case study

"My site is literally perfect — it's already landed me a paid speaking engagement."

Multiple digital web page designs for a business consulting company, featuring images of diverse women, colorful headers, and sections about building brands, services offered, and client wins.
A promotional webpage for the Brand You Consulting Institute featuring sections on services, certification, coaching, client success stories, and program overview with a woman smiling with a laptop in front of bookshelves.
A tablet displaying a website about consulting services, resting on a woven chair.

Brianca was consulting for corporate clients and pitching private coaching but her website didn't reflect where she was going. She needed one site that could speak to both audiences without making her choose between them.

We used the Sprint to restructure her entire audience flow, refine her positioning, and build a site that established her as the definitive expert from the moment the page loaded.

Within 30 days of launch, she landed a paid speaking engagement.

How it works

Our 2-Week Process

Pre-Sprint

Onboarding

Once you book, onboarding begins and you’ll receive access to your client portal. You will upload your photos, copy, links, and any assets needed to build your site.

kickoff

Strategy Session

This is where we get into everything about your business. Your goals, your audience and visions. I ask a lot of questions, you talk, and by the end we have a clear direction and your Strategy Guide ready to review.

week 1

Design

We always start with the homepage because it sets the tone for everything — layout, imagery, creative direction, messaging flow. At the end of the day I send you a walkthrough video and you send your thoughts by morning. That rhythm carries us through the rest of the week as we move into your core pages.

Week 2

Build, Review and Refine

With your homepage locked and your creative direction established, your remaining pages come to life. This is your chance to review, give final feedback, and make sure everything feels like you before we head into launch.

Go Live

Launch Time

We made it! You’ll receive a fully optimized website that reflects the level you're already operating at and opens the door to the opportunities you've been building toward.

Post-Sprint

Support

Launch day isn't the finish line. You'll get a guide to managing your new site, plus 14 days of direct support so that when questions come up (and they will), you're not navigating them alone.

"I filled all 20 of my coaching spots — without a single sales call. The website did the heavy lifting."

Anderson's audience trusted him. His coaching worked. But his website wasn't closing — he was spending time on sales calls explaining a process his site should have been handling.

We built a strategic digital ecosystem that qualifies, pitches, and closes for him. Integrated automations, streamlined booking, and a site flow engineered to move someone from curious to enrolled without Anderson's direct involvement.

He filled all 20 coaching spots without a single sales call.

A woman with dark skin and natural curly hair styled in an updo, wearing orange earrings and a denim shirt, standing with arms crossed in front of a white background.

I'm Raven and I created this for the people who are tired of waiting on month long timelines.

Having spent almost a decade working across in-house teams, agencies, and independent projects, I’ve seen exactly what makes a design project stall. It isn’t a lack of ideas or a shortage of talent.

It’s a lack of focus.

The Design Sprint exists because I was tired of watching capable experts sit on brilliant work while waiting for "the right moment" or an endless approval loop.

Meanwhile, opportunities passed, and websites became expensive blockers instead of the tools they were meant to be.

I built this process for the expert who needs a clear, credible home for their work someone who needs to look the part for funders, collaborators, and decision-makers now, not another quarter from today.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sprint sites are designed on Squarespace and Showit. Both are user-friendly, visually flexible, and built for people who want to manage their own site without needing a developer every time something needs to change.

  • I do not write copy, but you have two options.

    1. Hire a professional copywriter before we begin — I have people I trust and refer regularly. Or

    2.  DIY your copy with our copy guide. I will not write it for you but after 50+ websites I know a thing or two, and every Sprint includes a Copy Guide to help you structure what you need to say before we build.

  • Yes, the fundamentals are included in every Sprint — page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, proper heading structure, and analytics setup. For advanced keyword research, SEO copywriting, or long-term strategy, that is a different specialty entirely. I have experts I trust and can point you toward.

  • The Sprint works from your existing brand foundation — we are refining and building, not starting over. If during our strategy session it becomes clear you need a full rebrand, I will tell you and we will figure out the right path. Custom brand and web projects are available and scoped separately.

  • Most of the time delays happen when assets or copy are not ready before we kick off — which is exactly why the pre-Sprint prep is part of the process. If your project genuinely needs more pages or a longer runway, that gets custom quoted and we will have that conversation upfront so there are no surprises.

  • Absolutely! At the end of your Sprint you get a personalized walkthrough so you know exactly how to make updates on your own. No needing to hire someone every time you want to swap a photo or change a line of copy.

  • It really is!  When your Sprint begins your project gets my full, undivided attention — I plan my calendar around your build so we can move with focus and intention from day one.

Add 50+ websites worth of experience and a process that has been refined over years of doing exactly this, and two weeks is possible!

The "perfect time" to launch is a myth, but  the cost of waiting is real.
